Refund policy

Non-Returnable Items/No Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or allow exchanges because most of our products are perishable. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Issues with Your Order
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your meals or if you receive the wrong meals, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will either replace the items if available or issue a refund. Likewise, contact us immediately if you don’t receive your meals delivery.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued for incorrect meals delivered, missing meals, missed delivery, or other reasonable complaints.  We may require pictures of the products you wish to get a refund for. Allow 48 hours for the refund to your credit card. No refunds will be issued if reported more than a week of delivery.
