When will my meals be delivered?
Deliveries are made every Monday. Our delivery windows are:
- Morning (10am-1pm)
- Afternoon (1pm-4pm)
- Evening (4pm-7pm)
It is imperative that someone will accept the delivery because the meals are freshly prepared and delivered chilled (not frozen) and need to be kept refrigerated.
We will do our best to accommodate any special delivery instructions,
When is the cut-off time to order for the next delivery?
Orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight to give us enough time to plan, source the freshest ingredients, and prepare your meals for Monday delivery.
When will I be charged for my meals?
For non-membership orders, payment is made by credit card at the time of purchase.
If you’re subscribed to a Membership Plan, your credit card will be charged on the day you sign up, and then automatically every Wednesday going forward.
What is your cancellation policy for Memberships?
You may cancel your membership at anytime by clicking the Manage Membership button on your Account Page.
You also have the option to pause your membership. During this time, we’ll stop collecting payments and pause meal deliveries until you’re ready to resume.
Any changes to your membership must be made before midnight on Tuesday to avoid charges to your credit card.

Do you deliver outside of Arizona?
Because our meals are delivered chilled, not frozen, we currently only deliver to the greater Phoenix Metro Area, including parts of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler.
Do you have any pickup locations?
Yes! Currently, we have refrigerators at 3 gyms in the Valley where you can pick up your freshly prepared meals.
What if I have to change the delivery address after I placed my order?
Email us at info@fitchoicefoods.com or text us at 602 616-9370 to change your delivery address within our service area, no later than Sunday to avoid a reroute fee.
Any delivery address changes on Monday will incur a $25 reroute fee.
What if I'm not home or not available at the time of delivery?
As with any meal delivery service, someone should be available to receive your order during your selected delivery window, whether at home or work. Your meals are freshly prepared and delivered chilled—not frozen. The delivery driver will text you with an estimated arrival time. If they’re unable to reach you, your meals will be left at your door.
You may also choose to pick up your meals at one of our pickup locations.
How should I store and reheat my meals?
The meals must be refrigerated upon delivery. The fastest and easiest way to reheat is to microwave for 1-3 minutes depending on the meal and your preference.
All meals need to be reheated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees before consuming.
