Deliveries are made every Monday. Our  delivery windows are 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, and 4pm-7pm. It is imperative that someone will accept the delivery because the meals are freshly prepared and delivered chilled (not frozen) and need to be kept refrigerated. We will do our  best to accommodate any special delivery instructions. 

We partnered with local Arizona fitness facilities. Currently, we have refrigerators at 3 gyms in the Valley where you can pick up your meals. 

For a one-time order, pay with a credit card when you order online. When you sign up for membership, your credit card will be charged weekly for the membership plan you chose. 

You may cancel your membership at anytime, with a 48-hour notice before your next payment is due. You may call or email us, 48 hours before your next payment is due, to pause your membership if you will be out of town. We will pause  payment collection and stop  meal delivery until you return. 

We currently deliver locally in Arizona only as our meals are delivered chilled, but not frozen. Stay tuned for updated coverage area. 

Once you sign up for membership, you will be provided a code to order your first set of meals. You can change your order each delivery, every once in awhile, or never. If you don’t place a new order you will receive the same meals from your last order.

The meals must be refrigerated upon delivery. The fastest and easiest way to reheat is to microwave for 1-3 minutes depending on the meal and your preference. All meals need to be reheated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees before consuming.

All orders are due Thursday at midnight for Monday delivery. 

You have the option to choose when and where your meals are delivered. We can deliver to a place of work or any other place that will allow you to keep the meals refrigerated. If for some reason we cannot reach you for delivery, we will return your food to our kitchen and deliver at a later time for a $20.00 fee. You may also choose to pick up your meals at one of our pickup locations.
